FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Once you have a signed listing agreement, we will take care of almost everything else! We will do the following on your behalf: 

  • pursue missing documents

  • create Opportunity in Command (if needed)

  • coordinate photography with seller and photographer

  • create MLS draft

  • write property description

  • send draft to client and agent for edits/approval

  • submit listing to the MLS

  • input showing instructions

  • send weekly updates to agent and client

  • assist with price reductions/mls updates

  • update property status in MLS once pending

Once you have a fully executed purchase agreement, we will help you with all the administrative duties involved from pending the property to getting you paid! This includes the following: 

  • pursue missing documents

  • create Opportunity in Command (if needed)

  • add tasks to your Command 

  • add all contract dates to Google calendar and invite you to all 

  • send a “contract-to-close” email to all parties in the transaction with important contract dates and contact information. 

  • send weekly updates and request for updates to all parties to transaction

  • order title work (if applicable)

  • upload and submit paperwork and commissions info to Command for compliance

You can easily track all of your transactions using Opportunities in Command. As we complete tasks in each stage and phase you can see exactly what’s been taken care of. 

We will send document signature requests from your DocuSign account. Whenever we have to communicate with your client directly, we always communicate via email and will copy you on the message. We start the message by referencing you and that our email is sent at your request (Agent asked me to reach out to let you know… Agent asked that I send you the attached documents… etc. ) and we end letting the client know they can reach out to either one of us with any needs. This keeps you top of mind for your client during the transaction and after.
