Listing Coordination services include: preparing, organizing & uploading listing documents, coordinating photography, creating a winning property description, entering all details into the MLS, setting up showings to your client’s specifications, pursuing missing showing feedback and sending weekly updates to you and your client. Listing Launch
If you’re looking for a listing service package that includes more marketing, then this is the package for you! You send over property photos and information and we use a custom checklist created just for you to launch your listing into the market. Listing Launch services include MLS entry, uploading and organizing property photos and other required supplemental documents, create a stellar property description, set up showings to your client’s specifications, create a social media ‘Just Listed’ graphic and schedule post to your business page, create agent-branded Open House Flyer with coordinating post, create agent branded property brochure. $250 per listing.
